Bucks County Local Magisterial District Court (MDJ)

After a DUI arrest, your case usually begins in the local Magisterial District Court. At your preliminary hearing, a judge will decide if charges are dismissed, waived, or “held for court” and sent to the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Bucks County Court Reporting Network (CRN) Evaluation
